Our goal is to be your one stop supplier, vertically integrated from concept through modeling into tool building and production. In order to achieve this, we offer a complete in-house design staff and CAD facility capable of translating data from virtually every commonly used design software. Our staff is also capable of taking a concept from our customer, designing and drawing it.
Once completed, we have our own in-house model shop for producing prototypes prior to final tooling.
Once finalized, our team can design and develop tooling for our own tool shop or outside source to build.

Equipped with our own CAD capabilities, state of the art CNC machines and some of the best tool steel suppliers in the world, QM can provide the best molds available. Our unique in-house facilities allow us to design molds for either low or high-volume production.
Additionally, by eliminating the middle man we cut both cost and lead time. QM is also capable of designing tools and machinery for assembly and testing operations, not only for use at our facility but also for you or your other vendors.
As part of our one stop shopping philosophy the QM Group offers its own in-house painting facility for when molded-in-color cannot achieve the desired finish.
Complete with our own monorail paint line and state of the art air exchange system QM is capable of achieving an automotive class “A” finish. From small parts to large we can paint them all.
